We upgrade to SQL 2019 a year back and from the past 2-3 months we are seeing performance issues
We have enough of memory and CPU and the perfmon counters look good.
Here's some activity on the server/database I captured when I tried to run a query which is taking 2 mins to run usually it takes less than 10 sec
Here is the execution plan of the query that was running.
If you could provide any insights that would be great.

In the absence of any code, the one thing that might have helped me to help you was the Predicate listing. So much for that, eh? 😉
