Hi,
We had a sql server 2005,installed using sa many yaers ago. But, now no one in the company know the SA password. So I went to management studio and changed the Sa password
The report server cannot open a connection to the report server database. A connection to the database is required for all requests and processing. (rsReportServerDatabaseUnavailable) Get Online Help
Login failed for user 'sa'.

If SQL Server is using Mixmode authentication. One can use windows Administrator to login and change sa password.

Have u changed it on other side in connection string which is trying to connect to database

Agreed - if you change it at the server you also need to change the connection strings!
That said, once you do resolve your sa password issues, I would recommend that you review all connectivity and ensure that no person or application uses the sa login.
