If I’m not mistaken, build 10.00.1075 is a CTP. Is there any reason that you still work with a CTP?
I’m not sure that this should cause an error (I can’t check it since I don’t have any old CTP around). Can you specify what is the error that you are getting? Regardless of the cause of your problem, I recommend that you’ll stop using the CTP.

Error :
Restore failed for Server '' (Microsoft.SqlServer.SmoExtended)
Additional Information
System.Data.SqlClient.SqlError: The database was backed up on a server running version 10.00.1600.
That version is incompatible with this server, which is running version 10.00.1075.
Either restore the database on a server that supports the backup, or use a backup that is compatible with this server.
(Microsoft.SqlServer.Smo).
Any way I will change the CTP version from my system and thanks for ur reply

Adi is correct. the RTM build is 1600. There is no workaround. You must upgrade the other server to at least the RTM version.
