Can anyone tell me how to go about restoring data from a .SQB file? My friend is having some trouble with it and he swears it's a MS SQL Backup file. I've installed MS SQL Compact and it didn't help. Any help or suggestions are appreciated!
Thanks!

It may be backup that was created with Red-gate SQL Backup.

If you don't have SQL Backup on the destination server, you should be able to convert it to a standard backup file by using the following tool from RedGate:

Thank you both very much! The red-gate utility converted the file just fine.
