Please provide a chart for McDBA on sql server 2005, means above and below exams should also comein this, what are other requirement paper for this.

Considering there isn't a MCDBA certification for SQL Server 2005. It has been broken out into 3 different certifications. As Jeff said, check the Microsoft Web site. This is the best place to find that information.

I m new in this field,so I have not clear idea about the MCITP , MCTS and MCSE.
If I want to be a sql server 2005 dba then in these 3 which one i should do first and then second one.

MCDBA is dead/being retired. The certification track, at least for SQL 2005 (no more for 2000), is MCTS -> MCITP
Look it up for details.
