On another note i might be terrible at googling but i found the results for using group by and filtering on Dataframes not that good compared to what i usually find for tutorials, blogs etc.

Though only if you have imported pandas as "pd"....

It does note pandas is loaded. I've updated this to say "as pd"

Thanks, Steve! I've been away from SSC for a number of years, and I wasn't trying to note my return by being a pedantic twit.

Mostly, I was dropping the comment here for newcomers to Python: while it is extremely common to import the pandas library aliased as "pd" (as I always do), there is no requirement to do so. So I was encouraging new coders to pay attention and distinguish what's common practice from what's guaranteed.
