Hello everyone
I am in Standard Edition SQL SERVER2008 and we will plan a Upgrate from SQL Server to Enterprise Edition
Is the fact of passing the mirroring configuration from synchronous mode to asynchronous mode
this allows me to gain in performance term
thank you for your help

Are you thinking that being named "High Performance - asynchronous" mode that you will get a performance gain?
You don't notice much if you already have a decent, reliable network connection between the principal and the mirror. If the network is slow, you would notice improvements due to how the principal waits on acknowledgement from the mirror when in synchronous mode.
