Good Morning Experts, a quick question:
I have log shipping set up. Junior dba took log backups and now log shipping got broken. How to fix this?

It depends on how much of a mess it is but if the log chain has a couple of other log backups that were missed by log shipping, you can sometimes manually restore the missing backups and log shipping can pick up where it left off.
If it's too much of a mess, just restart the log shipping process, starting with initializing the secondary.

Its a 6TB database. Not possible to re-initialize

You can sometimes get a differential in there and get things back in sync but not always. There is a good article about this up here on SQL Server Central:
Repairing a Broken Log Shipping Plan From a Differential Backup
And if that doesn't work, you either reinitialize or you don't log ship. It is possible to re-initialize from a technical standpoint - I would guess saying it's not possible is more of a preference.
