We have created some subscription for some ssrs reports. But recently we found the subscription has disappeared when checking in the report portal.
right click the report -manage-subscription. It listed none subscriptions.
Any possible reasons?
Thanks

Has the report for the missing subscription been updated and possibly replaced (instead of overwritten)?
Or someone deleted the subscription.

some one deleted the subscription from agent?

Nobody deleted the subscription manually, I have checked with developers.
We do have a build process using Octopus to deploy reports, but we tested earlier by deploying they don't overwrite the reports' subscription.

Check the creation date reporting services has for the report - query the catalog table in the ReportServer database.

Thanks, checked the date of the createdate and modified date in the catalog table, they were created about half a year ago, which was before I created those subscriptions.

Is there a way to copy a folder on ssrs production server to a test server?
This includes all the reports under that folder plus subscription's for those reports.

Then it's most likely someone deleted the subscription even though you are dealing with "no one did" type of thing. Someone may have without realizing.

Hi,
take a look at this tool, maybe you are able to copy the reports:
rs.exe (Microsoft)
Kind regards,
Andreas
