I am new and if this is not the right area for this please let me know and if you could direct me to the right are it would be appreciated.
We have reached out to the software vendor of the program and have not been able to get a resolution from them so I am looking for other possible areas for help. Any suggestions or ways of testing would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
We have a ERP program that has certain fields that will populate with numbers as you type. This is fed from a SQL 2012 server in house and has been working as designed where as you type in the field it will keep up with your typing. We are seeing on new computers that we are installing this program on the numbers that are being entered lag 2 - 3 characters behind as the person types which is driving the high speed data entry people crazy.
When you install the ERP program it adds these programs which I have investigated to make certain they are current and the same as the older computers. I have rebuilt the computers from scratch, they are running Windows 10 Ver 2004. Nothing else running on them.
Microsoft ODBC Driver 17 for SQL Server, Microsoft OLE DB Driver for SQL Server, Microsoft Visual C++ 2015 Redistributable (x86)
