hi,
will u plz tell me how can we use sqlcmd in sql 2000 because i am dealing with my customer which is using 2000, and i have a script for 2005 .
so plz tell me how can we use sql cmd in sql 2000.infact i have send the report to my customer just using that script and copy into xl sheet but i just want to know that who we use sql cmd in 2000

sqlcmd does not exist prior to SQL 2005. The predecessor to sqlcmd is osql. Look this up in BOL for usage. It is still available in 2005 so you can test your scripts on 2005, but will be deprecated in the future.
