can we load the multilanguage(like french,english,chinese,etc) data ito the single table using ssis package.We are getting the data in different excel file for different language and that data as to be dsiplayed in the ssrs report?

HI sandeep ...
if all of ur data in the excel file are in one format nd same data sets n has column delimiters then you can do that ....if for ex
eng has rows as
abc,asjh,1213,01/02/2006
and the pther language has a dataset diff than this in the same excel then u can use conditonal split n script task if u have separate excel files with same row sets u can jus import into the table ....to be more specific post some sample data of diff languages so that i can wrk out for u ...

the data are in the same format but after loading the data into the table.it shows junk character for the chinese data and we are able to read the other language data.how to overcome this and how to display this data in the single report?

could u jus post me some sample data of chinese language so that i can check as i believe we need to change some changes when importing plz post some sapmle data i shall tey n let u know ...

hey sandeep
when u see the souce display screen with browse and locale in locale u can change the language and next to that u will have unicode did u check that or unchecked it that because of that u may get that way ...is ur excel file stored as a string or unicode....let me know if u solved the issue even let me know how u did that ....
