I am trying to do some research in terms of keeping cost to see if we can go with standard edition instead of Enterprise edition. Based on my research i found that standard edition has some limitation like 24 cores ,128 GB memory, online index create and rebuild, resumable online index rebuilds, Hot add memory and CPU, Automatic tuning and for replication oracle publishing. Do you agree with me with the limitations i listed? Please advise if you can think of any other issues or thoughts? Thanks in Advance!

limitations are on the documentation you read - should you post a link here maybe someone will look at it and if the link is the wrong one give you the correct one.
We do not need to agreed with you - Microsoft has given all that information and it is enough for you to read it to know what the limits are - regardless of someone else agreeing with you (or not)
