File Owner after Role Transition/Switchover

  Hello

  I have been doing the Switchover for the SQL Server 2005 db every now and then from Primary to Standby and Back to Primary; The database owner (in database properties) shows the owner correctly and gets carried over during switchover. But for some reason the File ownership does not get carried over; I have to Right Click on the database --> Properties --> Files and change it manually; Other wise the Remedy Application Server does not connect for some reason. It gives the error Login failed for user 'RAdmin'. [CLIENT:12.345.678.90]

  Any ideas?

  Is there any 'sp' package by means of which i will be able to register it permanently? I am searching the BOL and ofcourse google is always there.

  Does exec sp_change_users_login 'Report' return the users you are seeing orphaned
