Hi,
I'm searching for a comparisons between win 2000 and 2003 regarding SQL Sever 2000 performance.
For sure there are a lot of improvements in general but I'm looking for specially affects to SQL Server 2000.
I'll appreciate, if you could give me any test results or link to them.
Thanks in advanced.

There's also the level of support for both products. Windows 2000 is in Extended Support, meaning Microsoft is only bringing out patches and hotfixes for security reasons. A few links which explain what this is about:

Windows 2000 Server Support Lifecycle
Windows Server 2003 Support Lifecycle
