Any way to find who failed over a SQL instance?

  Hello,

  One of our SQL cluster instances failed over last night but no one knows who did that.  I reviewed the logs (SQL error log, Windows Event logs, Cluster logs, etc) but can't find it anywhere.

  Is there any other logs or location or way to find this out?

  I reviewed the outputs closely and see the fail-over event but can't find the user name who initiated it, unfortunately.
