2005 Profiler

    Hi,

    If I run a trace in profiler on a sql server 2005 server on a database that is in “2000 compatibility mode”. Is the duration returned as microseconds on milliseconds?

    you run Profiler traces on an SQL Server 2005 with 2005 profiler client tool. By default it reads in microseconds and displays in milliseconds. You can change the display to microseconds using the UI. All this is independent from the compatibility mode in the database.
