Has anyone got a script that will rebuild all indexes in a DB that are over 30% fragmented?

There's a couple in the scripts here already. Just do a search. I took one and modified it to be what I needed.

Yes it does! If you are not using "multiple" partitions it will use "one" partition which is by definition the default in 2005. Now the ONLINE stuff is only for Enterprise Edition.
