Your package needs to be part of a VS project & solution before the Run button will appear. Try creating these and adding the package to them.

That is extraordinary... what's more, it accomplishes work, yet I don't assume you realize how to get the toolbar like you have in the image? I might truly want to have it with the goal that my Overshadowing matches the instructional exercise precisely 🙂
