Hello experts,
We have an SSRS 2012 instance. Due to organization policy, I need to connect to the Report Manager using RDS / Work Resources.
When I connect using the Work Resources Internet Explorer, I try to click 'Folder Settings' from the Home folder to add an AD account to the permissions. However, when I click the Folder Settings link, it looks like it just redirects me back to the home folder. IIRC, the Folder Settings are where I add the user account so they can see the appropriate report folders underneath.
Home folder: https://[server]/Reports/Pages/Folder.aspx
Folder Settings link I want to reach: https://[server]/Reports/Pages/Folder.aspx?ItemPath=%2f&SelectedTabId=PropertiesTab
Has anyone else seen this behavior? Is there any other way to get to the Folder Settings? Or is this just some quirk of connecting using the Work Resources?
Thanks for any help,

The Folder Settings on the top menu bar is for the Home settings. For a specific folder, Hover your mouse over the folder and a drop down appears on the right. In the drop down, select security.

Thanks!
Just FYI - I think the issue was with the account I was using to run IE. Once I tried connecting through a shortcut that I had set up to use the runas command, the Folder Settings worked, and the "Site Settings" link appeared in the upper right menu.
Thanks again.
