Restore db with StandBY taking a lot time

  SQl server 2017 CU16 ., the size of db about 600 Gb + 140 Gb log, the db has table-in -memory

  We have process to automatically restore log from prod backup to DEV server.

  The process restore to stanby take  a lot of time ,more 1 hours, if  I run t restore without standby It will take less 1 -2minutes.

  Also , I turned on flag 1254. not helped

  What is problem? Have idea?
