Only half a table is displayed unless printing

    Hi, I have a report that using a Matrix to display a chart for a selection of machines that have been recording data, in this case battery levels. 
    The Matrix was used because each machine needs its own chart.  The chart is in a column that was added "outside" of the group.  I'm relucatant to show the design view as there is a lot of IP in there and it doesn't really show much more anyway.
    In addition to the chart I need to display the raw data if required, hence a table is added into the cell beneath the chart and the visibility of this can be toggled on and off.
    When I choose to display the table I'm only seeing the first few rows, seemingly enough to fill the first page, but there are no subsequent pages to be displayed so in effect my rows are missing.
    Now if I choose to display it in Page Layout all the "missing" rows appear on subsequent pages, as I would expect.
    Can anyone help explain what is happening and what can I do to correct this behaviour please.

    Have you checked the "Keep together on one page if possible" checkbox?
