  we migrated the linked servers from sqll 2005 to sql 2016   , when i tried to test the connection of a linked server  getting the below error

  "Message

  Executed as user: Cannot initialize the data source object of OLE DB provider ""OraOLEDB.Oracle"" for linked server ""PWHSA"". [SQLSTATE 42000] (Error 7303) OLE DB provider ""OraOLEDB.Oracle"" for linked server """" returned message ""ORA-12154: TNS:could not resolve the connect identifier specified"". [SQLSTATE 01000] (Error 7412). The step failed."

  The linked server is having allow in process in provider OraOLEDB.Oracle

  How ot fix this issue
