  Hi everybody,

  My company is thinking of acquiring an Audit software and I have to make a tecnical documento describing what a Auditing SQL Server software MUST have and/or SHOULD have. I would appreciate some help on this, by receiving considerations of an experient DBA or just by indicating a good article about that matter.
