  I would like to modify the server (and client) sides of networking to enable/disable TPC-IP and/or named pipes

  I use SQL Server Express 2016

  There used to be a tool called SQL Server Configuration but I can't put my hand on it anymore...

  Is it gone? Replaced by anything?
