    I agree with [Robert Sterbal-482516] regarding being critical.

    I received the email and wondered if PASS had thought to consider the possibility that being in a country on the other side of the planet might have something to do with not going.

    Businesses are unlikely to send technical people on what they perceive to be a junket (although a previous employer (private company) promised it yearly and then reneged every single time with some consultants, tired of the promises, just paying for the trip themselves).

    Other than that, I cannot really give brickbats or bouquets to PASS as I haven't bothered to get enough into the operation of the organisation.

    A lack of planning on your part does not constitute an emergency on mine.
