Hello, i have a database in this i have many SP but i also have some SP with dt_ extension (system genereated SPs) with owner name USER but i didn;t make any these SP it is system SP. plz tell me how i remove these Sp with extension dt_ as when i delete these Sp one by one by hand its again comes in the database in sql server 2000.
plz help me in this

CIn enterprise manager go to the item beloe SQL Server Group, it has the name of you SQL Server (possibly local). Right click, Edit SQL Server Registration.
Unlclick show system databases and system objects. This is a good setting for me, I only want to see what I created.

If you open some of the stored procedures you'll notice they mention Visual SourceSafe. I think they're created when Visual Studio is used to create database objects. You can remove them just like you would any other procedure, but they may come back. I've learned to ignore them.
