I am honored and humbled to be awarded the Microsoft Most Valuable Professional award for the Data Platform category. This is my 6th award, and I am just as amazed and excited as I was for the first award.
Thank you to the SQL Server community for giving me the opportunity to speak at your events. All the conferences, SQL Saturdays, and User Groups have been so much fun and rewarding. A huge thanks to all those who have supported and encouraged me over the years.
I continue to try and pay it forward by encouraging others to get involved in our community by volunteering, blogging, speaking if they are comfortable, or to just get involved in some way.
