2016 SSIS and Local Admin

    So we just moved from 2008 to 2016, and it looks like only local admins can use SSIS now.. how do we get non local admins access run work flows to SQL Server? Getting must be local admin to bulk insert. The user is a sysadmin on the SQL Server.

    SSIS isn't limited to only local admins. You may just be having issues with setting permissions for the tasks but there is no way to tell without more information.
