the mssql 2016 SP2 alwayson got endpoint disabled or stopped msg daily at the same time, does it related to windows domain ? How can I fix this issue ?

I don't know why, but this is default behaviour and not usually anything to worry about. There's no way to disable the message, unfortunately.
