    hello ,

    what is your best practice for the Legacy Cardinality Estimation parameter

    The default value of the Legacy Cardinality Estimation is OFF

    What will be the impact if I proceed to activate it ?

    You would leave it alone unless you have some system wide issues related to the CE, sometimes seen after upgrades from version before 2014.  If you activate it you would be using the older CE which doesn't make much sense if you aren't seeing any issues. You are telling it to act like the CE from 2012. Why do you want to enable it?
