dts error record number and description

  hello,

  can someone direct me to where i can get teh exact record number or numbers fo faield records and the description of failure from within sql server.  i have looked at the dts tables in msdb and can get description but i ca nnto seem to find the exact recrod number or numers that failed?

  You can log errors to a text file if you set up the Logging tab on the transform task. Don't forget to bump up the maximum errors.
