  I must proceed to change the alwayson configuration of the secondary node to readyonly mode

  At the level of the connection string I must add the parameter ApplicationIntent = ReadOnly

  so that the database is accessible in read mode

  You also need to configure Read Only Routing if you want you read-only connections to be automatically routed to the secondary.
