In order to vote you have to have filled out your profile on PASS.org. Rather than guess, take a minute to login and go to
https://www.pass.org/MYPASS.aspx?viewctl=MyProfile. If you’re eligible you’ll see this message at the bottom of the page:
If you aren’t eligible, fill in blanks and save until you are! No, it’s not quite the same as presenting ID to vote, but it’s what we have.
