Error Shows Up Million Times in SQL Log

    This error keeps showing up a million times in the error log. Anyone have any idea why and how to stop it
    Using 'dbghelp.dll' version '4.0.5'

    If you are on 2008R2, installing SP3 usually fixes that issue. It was addressed in a CU for SP2, can't remember which one but SP3 should include that fix.
