This si one of the builtin Demo Alerts MS ships SQL with. Most people remove it. The name is Demo: Sev. 25 Errors which is short for Serverity 25 Errors. This are major events and fatal to your system so I personally Rename alert top Fatal Error Sev. 25. But based on Never Occured, means it has not happened to this server. And the next 3 NOs mean it is not setup to Email, Page or Netsend anyone. The 0 at the end would be populated by a number based on occurrance of the error unless someone reset which you can see if the Alerts history. Is there sometghing specific you question?
