PssDiag/SQLDiag has often been referred to as Diagscan. I am guessing that is likely what you are looking for. Nexus can evaluate the files collected.
SQLDiag is installed with SQL Server so you already have it. It should be in your tools directory. Here is the documentation for it:
SQLdiag Utility
There is a GUI front end you can use with it which can simplify setting up things for the diag collection for Nexus. You can download it from GitHub:

I couldn't find this link - but now I did after I posted of course. It goes over using that Configuration Manager in the last link in my previous post:

Thanks Sue. But I was not looking for Nexus. Recently found in a session that one MS engineer was giving demo using "Diagscan tool" , was curious to see the great features. Thought if we can download and use it in our regular project tasks.
Thanks.

And that is what those links are. They are NOT Nexus.
They are for the tool Diag tool that Nexus uses. Which is called Diagscan/PSSDiag/SQLDiag. Even if you read about Nexus on their download site, it will tell you that you use PSSDiag/SQLDiag with that tool. And MS employees often call it Diagscan. And it is the tool MS support uses.
