Here are versions and features supported: https://docs.aws.amazon.com/AmazonRDS/latest/UserGuide/CHAP_SQLServer.html#SQLServer.Concepts.General.FeatureSupport
Unsupported items: https://docs.aws.amazon.com/AmazonRDS/latest/UserGuide/CHAP_SQLServer.html#SQLServer.Concepts.General.FeatureNonSupport
In general, when I looked at this before, and you are like a dbowner for a database(s), but not exactly. There are some instance things you can do, but you are limited in some sense in the master/msdb databases and your visibility to the file system. It's a strange view, but it tends to work fairly well if you are looking to just run a database and limit your instance level access.

Please don't continue to ask different questions in the same thread. Add a new thread for different questions. If this is on space, please title that way.
You can grow your database size on RDS.
