no rows returned when selecting sys.dm_server_services

  hi,

  has anyone come across this issue where it does not return rows?

  select * from sys.dm_server_services

  (0 row(s) affected)

  i tried to look for answers on this but no luck

  version of the SQL is below

  Microsoft SQL Server 2014 (SP2-CU7) (KB4032541) - 12.0.5556.0 (X64)
