I got this message when setup see below file [highlight="#ffff11"]setup.jpg[/highlight] "could not open key unknown/components...........
I have tried the registry editor and can see a red cross on the administrator, is this normal or ??? see below file
[highlight="#ffff11"]redadm.jpg [/highlight]
I cannot change the permission for the subfolder ?? see below file [highlight="#ffff11"]uanble to save permission change.jpg[/highlight]
What can I do or what do I wrong, it is win 10 entreprise and SQL server evalution 2016

From my point of view you quite simply don't have the permissions to perform the installation.
Have you tried starting the Installation with elevated privileges (Run As Administrator)?
The Red Cross though the user normally means the account is disabled. Have you checked it?

What Kevaburg said. I believe you also need to have local administrator on the machine to install it.

I have reinstalled my windows 10 and run new installation of SQL server 2016 eval as Administrator, [highlight="#ffff11"]now it is disappeared, BUT then a new issue[/highlight] , and can see that a lot have this issue when search at google.
I get this error if I am an administrator or not, whether it is SQL Server 2014 or 2016? express or evaluation ?
See pictures below send as [highlight="#ffff11"]2016.jpg [/highlight]??
There is a lot of solution on the internet, but NO of them can handle it
