unable to start services from configuration manager

    Hi Team,

    I'm unable to restart services from configuration manager... they show that SQL services are offline.
    But I'm able to rdp to that server. Please let me know how do I bring them online from configuration manager

    What errors do you get when trying to start the services?

    Also check the services are not set as disabled.

    You may also only have RDP rights to the box without any admin rights which would cause the issue, but will need to know any errors first.

    Are you doing Run As Administrator to open Config Manager?  Is there anything in the Windows System and Application event logs that gives more details on why it failed?

    im not getting any errors
