Hi,
I am requesting ideas, to take courage to speak to my boss.
I am administering more than 12 SQL Server Instances, and I have realized that Maintenance Plans does not exit and it is an regular practice here.
How can I develop and Install a healthy maintenance plan task habit., but mainly communicate it to supervisor channels
Thanks for your suggestions, ideas or experiences.

If you're looking to do database backups, index maintenance and so on, forget maintenance plans - you've already seen some of their limitations. Instead, use Ola Hallengren's solution. A lot of people already use it and recommend it. Just type the name into a search engine.
