MDS in sql serveer 2016 question

    We are thinking of using MDS when developing a data warehouse project we have coming up. I'm looking over MDS and it seems pretty straight forward. My question is How will I implement it so that it captures all data changes for a type two dim? Based on what I’m seeing the MDS process would be scheduled and only pick up the data values at runtime. Is there a way to make it capture the data changes in-between runtimes? Am I making any sense?

    Based on what I’m reading it doesn’t appear MDS will supportgetting every data change to an object for slowly changing dims. It appears itwill get only the snapshot of the data at runtime. However, if data changedseveral times between runtimes then it won’t pick up those changes. Am I missingsomething?
