Cannot connect to SQL Server. Getting this error message: Microsoft SQL Server, Error:824.

TRussell 81163 - Tuesday, January 30, 2018 10:50 AMError 824 is a logical IO error. The actual meaning of Logical IO error is the page is read from the disk successfully, but there any error with the page. Here is more explanation how to fix SQL Server error codes.
