I have a requirement to make an existing server only run SSAS and migrate the Database Engine(and the perspective databases), SSIS, SSRS off to another server. I don't want to have to change SSIS Packages, Stored Procedures, SSRS reports to point to the new server. Can I alias the server that I'm moving it to so that it appears to be running on the server that it was moved from?

You can do this but bare in mind that the only server will have that name either one with the SSAS instance or one with other instances.

Yes, but, we don't have another server to put SSAS on where it would be the sole service running.

Remember also you may (depending on how you are licensed currently) need to purchase new licensing as both hosts will need licensed.
