All,
New to SSRS and have been very impressed with how easy and fast developing reports can be.
With one exception; the published reports sit on a file-directory opened in IE looking very ugly. Once open they are great, but for users navigating from one sub-folder to the next the look and feel is a little rough.
Question is this: Did I miss something? I'm looking for a simple Report Viewer that can show the directories and reports in a pleasant way? Possibly create an icon on the desktop?
When I open the Report Manager everything looks great? But, should users get this?
All suggestions are welcome.
Thank you,
G

Your best bet might be to create a custom web page for the reports. Beyond that, I don't think there is a more attractive way. The other thing you can do is generate a report on what reports you have, then put that as a shortcut on the desktop.

Thanks Steven,
Just wanted to make sure I didn't miss anything.
My users can live with the current situation; rather than me adding a new layer.
Thanks, 🙂
