Jonathan Keyahias (b | t | l) from SQLskills has released a new blog post outlining the metric that Microsoft’s Hyper-V product uses to measure the time taken in a virtual CPU’s runnable task queue at the hypervisor level. This is great news, as I have been looking for this metric to appear in Hyper-V for quite some time. Please read more at his blog post to explore this metric in detail!
