Transactional Replication

    I had 2 local publications.

    1st publication had one publisher

    2nd publications had two publisher.

    But, I need to drop the 1st publication and add another publisher to the 2nd publication?

    Do I need to get another snapshot and it would affect the other two existing publishers as well?

    Did you mean that 1st publication has one subscriber, and 2nd publication has two subscribers?

    If you add another subscription to your 2nd publication, you may indeed need to run the snapshot job. Existing active subscriptions won't be affected by this new snapshot. It will only be applied to the new subscription.
