Haven't used AdventureWorks2012 since, well, 2014...

Didn't get it - don't understand the explanation.

for fun I connected to the azure implementation of adventureworks2012: but sadly query 2 returned no rows, so although I realised about the big negative delta in query 3, I went for 2 ... oh well, unlucky I guess 😉

Who else downloaded the database to get this one? ... it's a sad and lonely life working in IT!

Adventureworks is mostly the same in terms of basic structure and data. The different versions contain additions, but this is a core table. I believe this is the same on 2008, and I'd assume that most people have a copy somewhere.
The explanation is based on the data. The first item shows a large discount for a customer. That's good, and likely results in a sale.
The second has the largest sale. A large sale is good for a salesperson
The third shows a lower sales this year v last year. Never a good thing
The last one shows lots of vacation hours. I'd think that's good.
For Friday the 13th, the bad one is appropriate.

If you have to explain humour, it's not funny!
(Only kidding Steve.)

You get a similar result with 2014 but could not check the figure for 2012, but a nice bit of fun.

Thought it was #2 since the DueDate was 2007-07-13 00:00:00.000. Which happens to be a Friday.
