Hi All,
Can any one tell me where can i find failover information of SQL AG group and who failed over in case of manual failover?
Thanks,

If you right-click on the Availability Group name and click Show Dashboard, there is some information at top right under View AlwaysOn Health Events. It's not the friendliest format. It won't explicitly say (e.g.) "Joe Bloggs failed the database over at 17.45" or anything as useful as that.
There's also information in the SQL error log, and (probably) in the AlwaysOn_health Extended Events session (Management > Extended Events > AlwaysOn_health but I don't have a recent enough example to hand to check). The default trace. The cluster event log too.

Thanks Beatrix, Is there any way we can setup to log the fail over infor?

Not that I know of, I'm afraid. It would be handy. (Maybe somebody else knows.)
